Portraits / Headshots
Except for perhaps some young people and actors, very few people actually enjoy having their photo taken. When I am photographing an environmental portrait, or a corporate or actor headshot, my main job isn’t taking the photo, but capturing your true personality by making you feel comfortable in front of the camera. I do my best to make it fun!
My favorite type of portraiture is an “Environmental Portrait”. I photograph you in your environment. That may be a boardroom, a salon or standing next to your classic car or corporate office. I feel those often do a better job of capturing the personality of the subject.
Of course, I’m also happy to shoot “standard” headshots for an individual or an entire office.
