My name is John R. Rogers. I'm a professional photographer in Austin Texas with over 20 years of experience photographing, videotaping, & filming everything from portraits & weddings, to national television commercials & fine art prints. It was Auguste Renoir, who said, 'To my mind a picture should be something pleasant, cheerful and pretty. Yes, pretty! There are too many unpleasant things in life as it is without creating still more of them'. I love making photographs that present the person, place or thing in the most pleasant, cheerful & pretty light possible.
